He is familiar with a large variety of software development methodologies and tools. Also experienced in leading software groups and subcontractors all over the world. The key to his success is a business driven mindset and excellent communication skills. He is seen as an innovative software consultant that can take a responsible goal-oriented lead in software development projects. Carefully balancing technical and business requirements, balancing costs and benefits, making strategically choices. Jef Verheyen differentiates himself from other project leaders that he understands the technologies underlying the products. This enables him to define necessary white box test strategies in cooperation with the development team.

Nathalie Wilms has a bachelor in electronics and worked both in the financial world as in the innovative Home Automation sector. She is an experienced team leader, successfully leading groups of testers with a calm and goal-oriented personality. Nathalie has an excellent eye both for the global picture as for details. She also has experience defining functional and non-functional acceptance criteria.
